Prokol Polymers & Compounds is specialized in the development and production of liquid synthetic materials based on polyurethane's, polyurea, epoxies and acrylics. The products of Prokol Polymers & Compounds are usually applied within the construction industry, manufacturing industry and bodywork manufacturing industry where usually most of our “standard” assortment can be used.

POLYUREA

Polyurea is truly a remarkable coatings, linings and joint sealant technology. It is being used successfully for so many different applications today. Polyurea coatings and linings are more commonly applied over concrete and steel for corrosion protection and abrasion resistance.

MILLED ELEMENTS WITH POLYUREA SHUTTERING

Whilst milled EPS products are used as building elements for Texaco, they are used as shuttering in Ireland. The Spencer Dock Bridge, designed by Alan Dempsey, will have a flowing shape. This bridge will be constructed on two central pillars that look like giant funnels. The two walkways flow outwards as balconies that hang over the water. Read more ......

TEXACO PETROL STATIONS ARE GIVEN A POLYUREA SKIN

After a long development project, the construction of two petrol stations in Belgium has finally begun. It uses a combination of EPS foam blocks and a seamless polyurea skin with a surface area of 10,000 m². Prokol has developed a type of polyurea with fire-resistant properties especially for this project. Prokol’s fire-resistant polyurea system has been issued with a B_ROOF (t1) certificate.

BRIXLEGG (AUSTRIA) MUNICIPAL SWIMMING POOL RENOVATED

The municipal swimming pool in Brixlegg, the Tyrol, which is more than 20 years old, was recently renovated. The aluminium swimming pool had many leaks and was no longer suitable for public use. The entire project was carried out by a ProLiner Hotspray Partner in Altfraunhofen, Germany.
